Most of the cats that we keep as pets are completely independent. This means that they are not the kind of animal like a dog that actually wants to have some kind of attention all the time. They will most likely go their own way for the most part and seek out attention only when something is wanted.

Well that is going to have to be part of the entire issue that is working with you because they may start to act out if they feel they are not getting what they want over time. That is why cats are often taken back to the shelters and so on.

They are simply hard to deal with at certain times and in doing so they are not making it happen for the people of the world. So you have to see that you are going to have to get what you need in the way of proper behavior issues and learn to deal with the streaks that are going to run through your cats.

When you do this then you are going to be able to fully target the issue and make sure that changes are happening.

Scratching
It is common for cats to sharpen their claws on certain things in the home. If they have not been provided with a cat pole of the like to ensure that they are getting their claws in shape then the furniture and walls will most likely be next. So you have to be sure that you are getting all that you can from this deal.

If you cannot provide them with a place to do this then you need to get them declawed. This is the best way to make sure that they are not scratching up the furniture and walls.

Biting
When cats start to bite it is a signal of aggression. This can be a sign that they are becoming ill or that you are not giving them the proper amount of attention that they need. So you have to be sure that you are getting all that you can from this one place because of the fact that biting can become very painful.

You need to look at how the cat is behaving. If the biting appears to be for no reason then get the animal to the vet to check for certain diseases that can cause this problem.

Urinating
When cats are not going in the specific place where they should then you have a problem. There is nothing that smells worse then a home that is full of cat urine.

In many cases this is nothing more than a problem with the animal being able to get to the box. If not it could be that the box is not being cleaned out properly.
